My journey from Physiotherapist to Nervous System Educator...
Early on in my Physiotherapy career, I started to see the patterns between my clients who were able to recover and heal from somewhat 'chronic' conditions, while others with a seemingly similar clinic profile would plummet into a cycle of worsening chronic illness. I took a deep dive and followed these patterns closely for years - theĀ consistent alter - how regulated their nervous system was!
What started as a quest to help a few of my more complex clients has turned into a system that has helped hundreds of my clients turn their physical and mental health around simply by understanding and regulating their nervous system.
I have tried and tested a plethora of nervous system regulation techniques with my clients - and have found that the simplest, laziest approach works best! While my work has mostly supported neurodivergent and trauma-affected people, my simple approach to nervous system regulation will help everyone to feel their best, both physically and mentally, building a resilience for life that they never knew they had.
